Sebastian Freudenberg is a co-investor in the boutique Thai organization “houseonphuket.com”. He is a German -educated and -licensed architect with a wide range of working-experience throughout Asia, since 2002 based in Phuket, Thailand.
Already in his studies, he has been specialized in eclectic designs and concepts, combining Asia & the West and achieved an additional degree in “International Tropical Architecture”. He has been involved in some of the most avant-garde “cantilevered” projects in this region and is the founder of this network.
Nartnapar Rakmake is another co-investor, Thai national. Previously, she has been the manager of the “Information + Communication Technology center” (ICT) in Phuket and has taught all of the “OrBorTors” and “Tessabaans”, the local authorities responsible for building-permits etc, in CAD and 3d-graphics throughout south of Thailand.
The architectural work is produced with an exclusive team of licensed and experienced Thai architects and others. The concept of this network determinates that the setting of each team is very flexible, as it can also be assembled of people working for different parties or freelance, depending on the requirements of each project.
